The hotel had a delightful garden patio and pool, creating a peaceful oasis despite its bustling location. Yet, the mismatched hangers and some issues with the window coverings detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel boasts a charming atmosphere with lovely greenery around the central courtyard and pool. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the ADO bus station and the main square where you can enjoy lively Spanish and Mayan dancing in the evenings.
We encountered a sewer smell coming from the shower drain, which was quite unpleasant.

The room was decent but had its quirks. The beds were a bit hard, and the sheets looked like they had seen better days. Also, the bathroom was lacking basic amenities, with only one towel provided. On the flipside, the air conditioning worked well, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The layout was fine, but definitely needed some updating. For the price, it didn’t quite match expectations.

great location but needs some improvements
The big pool surrounded by lush greenery provides a relaxing escape in the courtyard. Staff members were sweet and very accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. The room was spacious, allowing us to feel at home during our two-night stay. We particularly enjoyed the garden view and its peaceful atmosphere.
The bathroom amenities could be more thorough. we only received one towel, which wasn’t sufficient for two people.
